CHERRIES have completed their first signing under boss Jason Tindall with the arrival of Rodrigo Riquelme from Atletico Madrid.
The winger has joined on a season-long loan deal from Atletico Madrid, with the option for Cherries to make the deal permanent next summer.
Riquelme, 20, had been training with Championship outfit Reading since pre-season, but Cherries have swooped before the Royals could complete a deal.
The diminutive Spaniard has played twice for the Atletico first team, with both appearances coming last season.
Riquelme came off the bench to help the Spanish giants to a late 3-2 win over Eibar in La Liga last September, also featuring as a substitute in the Copa Del Rey defeat at Cultural Leonesa.
Riquelme becomes Cherries' first signing since the arrival of Harry Wilson on loan from Liverpool in August 2019.
