A MAN from Poole has been arrested after an aggravated burglary in West Dorset.
A man and a woman used a hammer to force their way into the Spar convenience store on Orchard Way in Mosterton and stole multiple items.
The incident occurred on April 27 at around 4am.
The victims – a man and a woman – both sustained injuries during the incident that are not believed to be serious.
Luke Anthony Spencer, 34, from Poole has been charged with conspiracy to commit non-dwelling burglary, actual bodily harm, and driving not in accordance with a license.
Emma Louise Hendy, 46 from Bridgwater has also been charged with conspiracy to commit non-dwelling burglary and allowing her vehicle to be driven without insurance.
They are both due to appear at Taunton Magistrates today (April 29).
