GLENMOOR School's music production went like greased lightning!

A motor car, a bucket full of hair gel and wardrobes full of colourful 60s costumes made the school's performance of Grease come to life in April 1990.

The all-girls Bournemouth school even recruited a few budding actors from Winton boys school to play male characters, adding even more authenticity to the show.

And their team-work, with lengthy singing and dancing classes throughout the entire term, paid off with the delighted audiences.

almost a hundred children from the first to the fifth year joined the song and dance spectacular, brilliantly recreating the romance and fun of the blockbuster film, tackling everything that made John Travolta and Olivia Newton John the stars they are today.
